At Gracebrook, we provide a range of support and care services. Our service is flexible because we know people’s needs differs. We will diversify our service to ensure service users’ needs are met at the time they need it. By visiting the service user, we will formulate a support plan that is outcome-based focus. We can support with the following:

Assistance with getting out of bed.
Assistance with personal hygiene- washing, bathing, and showering.
Dressing
Grooming- clean shave, hair care, make up application etc
Oral care
Continence care needs- Toileting, emptying and changing of catheters, emptying, and changing of stoma bags, pad changing, emptying commodes. Our staff are trained to provide personal care that is tailored around individual needs while ensuring dignity and privacy are always maintained.
Meal preparation
Assistance with eating and drinking
Moving and handling of people including the use of specialist aids and equipment
Assistance with medications and promptings: Our staff are there to remind or assist you to take your medicines and collect or return medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery.
Support with general shopping, shop with you or help you to make shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away.

Escorts to appointments and social engagements
Assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing, organise clean clothes and fresh bedding.
Sitting in
Night Care (Sleeping and Waking Night): Our nursing-led dedicated team of staff work through the night to ensure our clients are well supported and their safety maintained during the night. The staff are on hand to provide overnight care so that you can have complete peace of mind through all the hours. We understand people are different and the reason why always use our knowledge services. There are two main options for night support, and we are gladly open to discuss with you to find out which one best suit your need.
Companionship: enjoying the regular of others can make a huge difference to the quality of a person’s life. Having someone to talk to, go out, have a walk, or play a game can enhance someone’s quality of life.
